Complete these items before following the device-specific instructions below.

INITIAL PLAYLIST

Select XTREAM Codes

When IPTV Smarters Pro asks how you want to load your initial playlist, select the XTREAM Codes / Xtream Codes API option.

SELECT: XTREAM CODES API

Then enter the username, password and server/portal URL provided with your activated Beard Gang Entertainment service.

SPECTRUM INTERNET CUSTOMERS

Turn Off Security Shield

If you use Spectrum Advanced WiFi and experience access or playback problems, Spectrum's Security Shield may be filtering the connection. You can manage this setting in the My Spectrum App.

  1. Open and sign in to the My Spectrum App.
  2. Go to Services / Internet or Manage Internet & WiFi.
  3. Open Security Shield and its settings.
  4. Under the available security/advanced settings, toggle Security Shield OFF and confirm.

Security note: Security Shield is a Spectrum network-protection feature. Turning it off reduces that layer of protection. Only disable it if needed, and consider turning it back on when troubleshooting is complete.

Firestick / Fire TV

Set up IPTV Smarters Pro on your Amazon Fire TV device. Have the login credentials provided after activation ready before you begin.

  1. From the Fire TV home screen, install and open the Downloader app.
  2. Follow the on-screen installation process for IPTV Smarters Pro.
  3. Open IPTV Smarters Pro and accept the terms shown by the app.
  4. Choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
  5. Enter the username, password and server/portal URL provided with your activated service.
  6. Save the profile and allow the app to finish loading your available content.

Smart TV

For compatible Samsung and LG Smart TVs, start by checking your television's built-in app store for IPTV Smarters Player / IPTV Smarters Pro.

  1. Open your TV's app store: Apps on Samsung or the LG Content Store on LG.
  2. Search for IPTV Smarters and install the compatible version available for your TV model and region.
  3. Open the app and choose the Xtream Codes login option when available.
  4. Enter the username, password and server/portal URL provided after activation.
  5. Save the profile and wait for your content to finish loading.
  6. If the Smarters app is not available on your particular TV, use Live Chat and we'll help determine the best supported setup for that model.
